Internal Sales – IT Supplies + Office Supplies - €36k OTE
Our client is a small company experiencing double digit growth year on year. This company sells IT consumables, office supplies and stationery products to SME and large commercials in Dublin / Kildare regions.
The key responsibilities focus on social selling, client engagement and seeking out both cross selling & up selling opportunities. Staff are targeted on Monthly GP and a two hour talk time per day. Indeed commission earnings are uncapped and interestingly management insist that commissions are paid on occasion when GP targets are not reached. The team work closely to ensure that all staff excel and fully trained up on product and sales skills.
The client has two roles to fill:
Role #1 is an Internal Account Manager position to service an existing live client base.
Role #2 is geared towards Business Development to target previous customers that may have ‘lapsed’ in recent months or ‘live’ customers with potential to upsell with additional product ranges.
The base salary range is €26k - €30k DOE plus realistic earning potential of €4k - €6k additional commissions. The client is keen to point out number incentives like IT gadgets, bonus bonds, trips away etc. for exceptional performance.
It is a fun place to work with many of its team working with them for 5 years or more. Because the average age profile of its 17 staff members is mid to late twenties; the company plan numerous social events for all staff! (Management excluded from age profile calculation!)
Interested candidates ideally need to have some relevant experience ideally selling in a professional B2B environment or in customer service. There are exceptions made however for exceptional candidates with natural attributes which would make them ideal candidates for Inside Sales environment.
